How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:
As part of the Strategic Relationship Management team, this role assists in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing distributors in the Life and IMO channels. Account Management Associates work closely with the assigned Strategic Relationship Managers to support firm initiatives and events, resolve firm inquiries, and provide day to day support as needed.

In addition, this associate will assist with reporting and business analysis, project management, problem resolution and any firm implementation needs. This role will act as a liaison between several key areas of the company including Distribution, Distribution Support, Marketing, Reporting and the National Sales Office.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Coordinate firm and industry meetings
•    Prepare and complete most firm reporting
•    Support firm implementation or onboarding efforts
•    Problem resolution and service support, in conjunction with service partners
•    Project management
•    Facilitate internal communication and updates
•    Share overall accountability for day-to-day success of firms


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
•    Strong record of success in previous positions with ability to multitask and embrace change
•    3-5 years experience in financial Industry
•    Life license, Series 6/63 preferred
•    Typical Education: BA/BS
•    Knowledge of Brighthouse Financial products, services, and systems
•    Proficient with Excel, Word and Powerpoint
•    Strong oral and written communication skills
•    Ability to multi-task and prioritize
