How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:

The Annuity Top Producer Analyst will align directly to a Divisional Sales Manager and their Internal and External Wholesalers to provide dedicated service for Brighthouse Financial’s top annuity financial professionals. Services provided will include, but not limited to, new business, licensing, post issue, and claims transactions. This role will be within Enterprise Operations but strongly partner with the distribution organization.

 

1 location (remote option)

To protect the health and safety of our employees, our offices are closed until at least May 2021. When our offices reopen, the individual hired for this role will be based in our Charlotte, NC office or can continue to work remotely.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Wholesalers, Division Sales Manager, and Head of National Annuity Sales to provide world-class customer service for our top advisor’s new business, licensing, post-issue, and claims needs
  • Support our distribution team’s most important financial professionals through direct partnership with our Third-Party vendor, Alliance-One
  • Solve wholesaler and financial professional issues while consistently providing a white-glove service experience
  • Provide clear and concise updates to wholesalers and financial professional’s on all annuity business
  • Work with wholesalers and financial professionals to obtain outstanding requirements to complete new application or post issue process
  • Full accountability and ownership of all problems until resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in the annuity business
  • Experience working with high-profile financial professionals, firms, and/or accounts
  • Solid customer service background
  • Strong relationship building skills, and an advisor-service mindset
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Conscientious and detail oriented
  • Ability to work on a tight timeline in high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
  • Expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of existing, new and enhanced annuity products
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must currently hold FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7 or the ability to obtain
