Territory Management and Scheduling Coordinator (Fully Remote)

How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:

This position is responsible for providing territory management and appointment scheduling support to the distribution organization in an effort to increase wholesaler productivity. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help move Financial Professionals through the buying continuum by scheduling face-to-face and/or virtual meetings on behalf of Brighthouse Financial External Wholesalers
  • Prepare and edit written and verbal correspondence to Financial Professionals
  • Make strategic recommendations to External Wholesalers for prospecting, using the Stop, Drop & Grow campaign to help drive interest in Brighthouse Financial
  • Analyze External Wholesaler’s territories using mapping software, data and analytics to provide recommendations in order to maximize territory efficiency and increase productivity
    • Analyzing monthly Divisional Sales Manager reports to support retention and conversion of financial professionals
  • Increase participant attendance to Brighthouse sponsored events using a prescribed process in partnership with Internal Wholesalers
    • Provide meeting follow-up support with EmailMerge Pro and outbound phone calls
  • Complete assigned tasks from the Marketing Team and Conference/Strategic Relationship Teams
  • Use CRM system to pull targeted advisor lists, log activities and record information on Financial Professionals to provide valuable intel related to External Wholesalers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm (M-F)

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Successful candidates will have at least 2 years of professional work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Must be able to filter and sort in Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of business procedures, products and services/systems
  • Previous customer service/relations experience
  • Ability to work in collaborative team environment

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: Base salary of $42k plus competitive performance-based incentives determined by company and individual results
  • Time Off: Minimum of 20 days of paid time off and 13 paid company holidays per full calendar year, plus paid volunteer time
